Stage 1 submissions are due at 5pm (Ho Chi Minh City time) on May 19, 2008, delivered in person or by mail to the following address: Investment and Construction Authority of Thu Thiem New Urban Area All design submission boards and wrappers shall be free of any identifying marks whatsoever. Entries shall not bear any motto, logo, or distinguishing marks of any kind that identifies the firm submitting the design. An unmarked, sealed and opaque envelope containing a copy of the filled out Entry Form should be taped to the back of the board. The envelopes will be stored in a safe and anonymity preserved until after the signing of the Jury report which determines the shortlist of participants Each submission should be marked as "No Commercial Value" on the packaging to avoid any customs duties or delays during customs clearance. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the panels before it is received at the above address. No submissions will be accepted that arrive after 5pm (Ho Chi Minh City time) on May 19, 2008, even if package is post dated before the deadline. |
