REGISTRATION AND RULES | EVALUATION CRITERIA

All competition entries will be judged objectively and anonymously. The entries will be judged on the following:

  • Quality of the design concepts
  • Sustainable ideas and strategies
  • Responses to the project scope and design requirements
  • Responses to local HCMC urban conditions (environmental, architectural and landscape)
  • Appropriateness to the overall vision for the Thu Thiem New Urban Area
  • Functional responses and feasibility of implementation
  • Appropriateness to the culture of public space in Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City
